Annual Meeting When is the annual meeting? It is held the third Tuesday in September. NRP / Board / Committees
Appliances – Disposal Of Can I throw out appliances in the dumpters? No. Call American Trash, 703-368-0500 for disposal cost (unit owners expense) NRP / Building Coordinator
Bicycles / Communication Room Where can I store my bike? Bicycles may be stored in the Communication Room in the garage. Key required to access. Building Coordinator
Board Meetings How often are board meetings held? Board meetings are held quarterly: January, April, June and October. NRP / Board / Committees
Bulletin Boards Where are the bulletin boards? Can I post? They are located on first floor and garage levels.  Notices posted need to be approved. Communications
Cable Issues How can I get cable TV? Contact your cable provider. Unit Owner
Cable Room Can I access the cable room? The Communication / Utility Room in the garage requires a key to access. Unit Owner
Carpet Cleaning – Common Areas Who should I contact for hallway carpet cleaning? Please report a spill, tear or anything that may require attention to NRP or building coordinator. NRP / Building Coordinator
Carpet Cleaning – Resident Unit Can I clean the carpet in my unit at any time? Scheduling should be done as not to disturb the community. Unit Owner
Commercial Vehicles Where can I park a commercial car/truck/van? You may only park commercial vehicles on Hunters Glen Way. NRP / Board
Decals – Parking Do I need a decal to park? A decal is required for all residents for all vehicles. Building Coordinator
Deliveries Any special requirements for large deliveries? Elevator pads may be required. NRP / Building Coordinator
Door Problems Who should I contact to fix hallway/building doors? Report to NRP or buidling coordinator any door(s) that won’t lock, unlock, or close securely. NRP / Building Coordinator
Dryer Vent Duct – Exterior of your Unit What maintenance should be performed on dryer vents? Should be check periodically for accumulation of debris in basket. Unit Owner

Elevator Key How can I get a key to hold the elevator? Contact NRP to have the elevator held for move-ins / move-uuts / deliveries. NRP
Elevator Pads When are elevator pads required? They are required for move-ins / move-outs / deliveries. NRP / Building Coordinator
Emergency – Life Threatening Who should I contact in cases of property or life threating emergencies? Please contact 911 emergency services. 911
Exit Gate Arms Who should I contact to fix the parking lot gates? Contact NRP or building coordinator  to report broken gate arms, stuck arms, or arms that continuously raise / lower. NRP / Building Coordinator
Fire Alarm What should I do if the alarm sounds? Exit the building immediately. Residents will be notified in advance for alarm tests. 911 / NRP
Fireplace – Natural Gas What should I do if my fireplace won’t light? Refer to your manual or contact service professional. Unit Owner
Garage Doors Who should I contact to fix the garage doors? Contact NRP or building coordinator to report doors that won’t open / close or opens / closes continuously. NRP / Building Coordinator
Garages – Stand Alone Who should I contact regarding issues with freestanding garage units? Contact NRP or building coordinator to report any issues. NRP / Building Coordinator
Guest Parking Are visitor passes required? Yes. A note displayed on the vehicles dash, stating unit number, is required. Unit Owner / Building Coordinator
Handicap Parking How many handicap spots are available? One handicap parking space is available at the front of each building. NRP / Building Coordinator
Hot Water Heaters Why should I contact to report a dripping or leaking water heater? Contact your plumber immediately. Unit Owner / NRP / Building Coordinator
Key – Electrical Room How can I get into the electrical room? Access by authorized personnel only. NRP / Building Coordinator
Key – Hallway Utility Closets How can I get into utility closets on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors? Access by authorized personnel only. NRP / Building Coordinator
Key – Main Front Door How can I get extra keys for the front and back doors? Extra keys can be made at the unit owner’s expense. NRP / Building Coordinator
Key – Owners Unit I lost my unit key. Where can I have an extra made? There is NO master key for owners units. Contact a locksmith. Unit Owner
Key – Sprinkler Room How can I get into the sprinkler room? Access by authorized personnel only. NRP / Building Coordinator
Key – Telephone Access Directory/Entry Code Who should I contact regarding issues with the call box? Contact NRP to report any issues with the front door call box. NRP
Mailbox – Keys How can I get extra mailbox keys? Refer to “Bommer” decal on mailboxes for information in ordering additional keys. Unit Owner
Move Ins Who should I alert for move ins? Submit form to NRP. NRP / Building Coordinator
Move Out Who should I alert for move outs? Submit form to NRP. NRP / Building Coordinator
Newsletter Can I submit an article or ad? Yes. Articles may be submitted free of charge. Ads must be purchased. Communications Committee
Noise – Inside Another Unit/Outside building Should the non-emergency police number be called? First steps should be to contact NRP. For reoccuring problems, refer to the Fairfax County Noise Ordinace posted on the bulleting board of each building. NRP
Parking – Visitors Where can visitors park? Hunters Glen Way or Deer Hollow Way. A note displayed on the vehicles dash, stating unit number, is required.  TOWING AREA. Building Coordinator
Parking – Garage Spaces I am a resident. Can I park in any garage space? Units with underground parking have assigned parking spaces. Spaces on Hunters Glen Way and Deer Hollow Way are unassigned. Building Coordinator
Pets Who should I contact for pet registration? Submit form to NRP within 30 days of move-in. NRP / Building Coordinator
Pool Passes How can I get a pool pass? Passes are available middle of May when the pool officially opens. Regent’s Park Office
Recycle When is recycling collected? American Trash picks up Thursday ONLY.  Review American Trash placard for recyclable items. Unit Owner
Resident Complaints Who should I contact regarding neighborly complaints? Contact NRP. NRP
Sale of a Unit When I sell my unit, what should I do with bylaws and other condo documents? Important papers should be left for future owners. NRP / Building Coordinator
Smoke Detector How can I stop my smoke detector from chirping? Refer to “Homeowners Manual” for battery removal & installation. Unit Owner / NRP / Building Coordinator
Space Heater in Utility Closet off Balcony Who should fix problems with my balcony storage space heater? Contact a repair man. Unit Owner
Sprinkler Head Leakage Who should I contact to fix sprinkler head leaks? Contact NRP or building coordinator for small leaks / drips. Contact 911 to report fully deployed sprinkler systems. 911 / NRP / Building Coordinator
Storage Containers – Garage What can I store in the area in front of my garage parking space? Bicycles, shopping carts, strollers, wheelchairs, Rubbermaid type containers acceptable. Building Coordinator
Street Lights Who should I alert to report burned out street lights? Report lights on Hunters Glen Way and Deer Hollow Way to your building coordinator. Building Coordinator
Trash Disposal When is trash pickup? American Trash picks up garbage ONLY Monday and Wednesday. Unit Owner
Unit Rentals When I move out of my unit, what should I do with bylaws and other condo documents? Important papers should be left for future tenants. Unit Owners / NRP
Water Issues Who should I contact regarding water coming from another unit? Contact the affected unit resident immediately to alert them of the issue. Unit Owner / NRP / Building Coordinator
