Palmer Brothers Painting will begin painting the building interiors on December 3, 2012. This will include all interior walls and trim, the stairwells, garage elevator lobby, all stairwell doors, exit doors and all unit doors.
The painting schedule is as follows:

Residents must remove all personal possessions from the door ledges and common halls prior to painting. Residents must also SCHEDULE for their unit door to be painted as access to the full door, including the portion blocked by the door frame when closed, is necessary. Door painting will be done in conjunction with building painting. Work will generally occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays (Christmas Day and New Year’s Day) between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm.

WINDOW WASHING SERVICES AVAILABLE
As the exterior work on the building is almost complete, Palmers will soon be removing the lift and tall ladders from the community. While this equipment is on site, Palmer Brothers is offering exterior window washing services to all owners for a cost of $10 per window. If you would like to have your exterior windows washed, please contact Palmer Brothers Painting at 301-587-0100 to arrange for payment.
