Special Meeting Announcement & Metro West Project Information

In Accordance with Article III, Section 10 of the Hunters Branch Condominium Association, a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors has been called by the President of the Board of Directors for the purpose of Board review a request from Fairfax County for a Deed of Easement for Grading and Temporary Construction along Saintsbury Drive and for reviewing an Agreement (aka Letter of Understanding) between Pulte Group and Hunters Branch Condominium Association.

The Special Meeting will be held on SEPTEMBER 15, 2010. The meeting will begin at 7:15 and will be held at the Regents Park Clubhouse. The Clubhouse address is 9333 Clocktower Place, Fairfax, Virginia 22031.

All owners are invited to attend the Special Meeting which will include an open forum session. Guest speakers at the meeting will include Jeff Edelman, Director of Land Development for Pulte Group, Virginia/Mid-Atlantic Division and Allen Warren, Legal Counsel to Hunters Branch Condominium Association.

A Summary of the Metro West project and a list Frequently Asked Questions and their answers are enclosed for your review. A copy of the Letter of Understanding, the Deed of Easement and the following supporting documents, some of which are referenced in the Letter of Understanding, are available for your review in the building lobby.
