In Accordance with Article II, Section 2 and Section 5 of the Hunters Branch Condominium Association Bylaws you are hereby notified of the Annual Meeting of the Unit Owners Association.
The Annual Meeting will be held:
Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 7:30pm

The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect one (1) Unit Owner to the Board of Directors. The newly elected Board member will be elected to a term of three (3) years. The member’s Board position will be decided by a vote of the Board Members after the election.
If you are interested in declaring your candidacy for the available Board of Directors position, please complete the enclosed Statement of Qualifications and return to my attention by no later than September 20, 2010. Only Unit Owners, spouses of Unit Owners or Mortgagees, in good standing (assessments paid in full and no outstanding violations of the covenants), may serve on the Board of Directors. Statements of Qualifications (as submitted) and proxy forms will be mailed to all unit owners approximately two weeks prior to the meeting.
The order of business for the Annual Meeting shall be as follows:
- Roll Call
- Proof of Notice of Meeting
- Reading of Minutes of Preceding Meeting
- Election or Appointment of Inspections of Election
- Election of Member of The Board of Directors
- Reports of Officers and Board of Directors
- Report of Management Agent, If Any
- Reports of Committees
- Unfinished Business
- New Business
The presence in person or by proxy of Unit Owners representing at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the total votes of the Condominium shall be requisite for and shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business of all meetings of the members. You are encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting. If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, please be sure to return your proxy form upon receipt.
