April Ludtke of National Realty Partners, Herndon VA recently joined the elite group of community association managers who have earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI). Ms. Ludtke is one of more than 1500 managers nationwide who have earned the highest level of professional recognition in the community association field.
A PCAM is earned through advanced training and education. This designation helps ensure that the manager has the knowledge, experience and integrity to provide the best possible service to your association. PCAM designees have made a commitment to continuing education and must adhere to a professional code of ethics.
As a board member, trustee, or volunteer leader of your community association or cooperative, you have fiduciary responsibilities that require that you receive professional and accurate advice. With April certified as a PCAM, you can be confident your manager understands her obligation to your community and is dedicated to their profession- jus the kind of person you need to protect your biggest investment.
Here are NRP, we are extremely proud of April’s accomplishment and that she is on our team of expert managers. Please feel free to congratulation her on this high achievement.
